Precautions for Using safety valves
1.For the newly installed safety valve on the unit, it is not allowed to lift the valve disc by mechanical means when it is put into operation for the first time. During commissioning, the number of actions should be minimized as much as possible.
2. After calibration, the safety valve should be sealed with a lead seal. It is strictly prohibited to remove the lead seal of the safety valve during the operation of the boiler or container.
3. To prevent the safety valve from not sitting for a long time and the valve disc and seat from sticking together, manual discharge tests should be conducted on the safety valve regularly.
