Working principle: The SCCV closing system and the double-seat differential pressure mechanism of this series of valves are all installed in the same unit. When the device is just started, air and low-temperature condensate water appear in the pipeline. At this time, the steam trap is fully open, and the air and low-temperature condensate water are quickly discharged, and the temperature of the device rises rapidly. When steam enters the inverted drum, the drum generates upward buoyancy. The inverted drum connects to the double-seat compound valve and drives the main valve to close the valve. When the amount of condensed water increases, the bucket loses buoyancy, causing the mechanism to reverse seal and generate a pressure difference. The auxiliary valve drives the main valve to open, thereby achieving a large flow rate.
