Explanation:

The YFYT-1 type pressure reducing valve is a post-valve gas pressure regulator (commonly known as a pressure reducing valve) that can control the pressure of the subsequent device to a constant value. 2.Working Principle

The YFYT-1 type pressure regulator is a direct-acting pressure regulator and is designed based on the principle of force balance. Its structure is originally shown in Figure (1). When in use, first press the handle. Rotate the valve stem to compress the spring, causing the diaphragm to push the valve stem and move the valve disc downward. At this time, the gas enters the outlet through the small hole of the valve seat. Stop turning the handle when the outlet pressure reaches the specified pressure. Since the balance chamber meets the outlet, the outlet pressure is equal to the pressure in the balance chamber. If the outlet pressure is higher than the specified pressure, the gas in the balance chamber will force the diaphragm to move upward to compress the spring, and at this time, the valve disc returns to its original position. If the outlet pressure is lower than the specified pressure, the valve seat is opened again. Automatically adjust in this way repeatedly. Also, because the valve disc has a certain opening degree, the inlet and outlet flow rates are equal, thereby ensuring that the outlet pressure remains a constant value.

3.Installation

The YFYT-1 type pressure regulator is generally connected to the process flow in the way shown in the above figure. When installing, be sure to identify each connection interface mark accurately and do not make a mistake, otherwise it will fail to play the role of regulating and stabilizing pressure, or damage the regulator. The pressure regulator and the auxiliary valve should be installed at the front of the instrument panel to facilitate operation.

4.Operation and Use

A. Pre-operation inspection: Check that the installation and connection of the regulator are correct and error-free. Confirm that the control inlet valve, control outlet valve, and vent valve are in the closed state. The valve stem of the pressure regulator should have no force acting on the spring. There should be no leakage in the pipeline and gas input is allowed.
B. Put into operation
A. Open the inlet control valve and observe the self-measuring pressure gauge at the same time. If the gas source pressure is ≤160kgf/cm ², there should be no pressure indication. If the gas source pressure is >160kgf/cm ², a pressure value will appear. At this time, the vent valve should be opened until the self-measuring pressure of the inlet control valve reaches no value. If the gas cannot be vented, Then a YFYT-2 type pressure regulator should be installed before the YFYT-1 type pressure regulator to form a two-stage regulation system.
b. Slowly turn the handle of the pressure regulator, observe the reading of the self-measuring pressure gauge until it is slightly higher than the required pressure value. Stop turning the handle after the self-measuring pressure stabilizes.
c. After opening the control outlet valve, supply air to the device. And adjust the inlet and outlet control valves to make the flow rate meet the requirements of the device.
d. Check whether the pressure of the device meets the requirements.
