The ferrule type pipe fitting consists of three parts: the fitting body, the ferrule and the nut.
Ferrule joints feature reliable connection, high pressure resistance, excellent temperature resistance, good sealing and repeatability, convenient installation and maintenance, and safe and reliable operation. Its working principle is to insert the steel pipe into the ferrule, use the ferrule nut to lock it, press against the ferrule, and cut into the pipe to seal it. It does not require welding when connected to steel pipes, which is conducive to fire prevention, explosion prevention and high-altitude operations, and can eliminate the drawbacks caused by improper welding. Therefore, it is a relatively advanced connecting component in the pipelines of automatic control devices in systems such as oil refining, chemical engineering, petroleum, natural gas, food, pharmaceuticals, and instrumentation. It is suitable for the connection of oil, gas, water and other pipelines.
